SVC3’s goal is to establish pathways between higher educational institutions and Silicon Valley technology companies in order to facilitate internship opportunities for students. We seek to encourage applied training that will result in permanent employment for the student and added value to the participating firms.
About SVC3
The Silicon Valley College Career Connection (SVC3) is comprised of a group of Silicon Valley executives who desire to enhance the valley’s competitive position in the world of technology by providing internships for undergraduate and graduate college students through a collaborative industry and educational program.
SVC3 offers its internship framework to multiple organizations for the purpose of uniting under one common identity. This structure allows autonomous groups with related missions to work together to connect qualified students to targeted internship opportunities in Silicon Valley.
SVC3 is an initiative of The Silicon Valley Capital Club’s CEO Roundtable whose charter is to provide vision, recommendations and connectivity between educational institutions, governments, businesses and other non-profit organizations with the desired outcome of preparing students to be more productive workers at the onset of their early careers. The Silicon Valley Capital Club and The CEO Roundtable offer their members’ resources: experience, contacts, mentorship and fundraising to serve the needs of Silicon Valley businesses in hiring college grads who are highly productive.
